Andrea D. Martin

Andrea Martin passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, June 26, 2021. She was 40 years old. Andrea was born January 21, 1981 in Marion, OH. She was a very hard worker throughout her life. Andrea graduated from Marion Harding School in 1999. She went on to receive awards and be on the Honor Roll at the Community College of Baltimore County. In her free time she enjoyed crafting, going to the beach, and attending concerts. She is preceded in death by her sister, Amber Myers of Marion, OH; brother, James K. Martin, II of Felton; grandparents, Robert and Ruth Martin of Felton; and Jack and Betty Dorfe of Marion, OH. Andrea is survived by her sons, Lazarus and Gavin; mother, Donna Martin of Marion, OH; father, James K. Martin, Sr. and wife Mary Alexander Martin of Felton; uncle, Daniel Gray of Marion, OH; uncle, Dennis Gray and Linda of Marion; great-uncle, Stanley Payne of NC; aunt, Linda Wagenhals of DE; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Andrea lived, loved, and laughed to the fullest and leaves behind many dear friends. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 8, 2021 at 7 pm in the chapel of Berry-Short Funeral Home, 119 NW Front St., Milford, DE 19963, where friends may call after 6 pm. Burial will be private.
