Brenda Sue Snowden

GOLDSBORO, MD – Brenda Sue Snowden, age 57, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 22, 2024 at Compass Hospice in Centerville, MD.

Brenda was born in Milford, Delaware and raised by her parents, Graham Harrington, and Marie Anna Cain. She attended school in the Woodbridge School District and worked at D&B Tavern.

Brenda was blessed during her lifetime to also be a stay-at-home mom and grandmother. She cherished the special relationships she shared with her two children. Brenda’s grandchildren were equally adored, and she treasured time nurturing and making memories with them just as much. She also found joy in riding motorcycles and spending time on the water crabbing and clamming.

In addition to her parents, Brenda is preceded in death by eight siblings.

She is survived by her husband Kevin Snowden; two children, Steven A. Tribbett (Shannon) of Denton, MD, and Christina Corkell of Goldsboro, MD; four grandchildren, Emma Tribbett, Abigail Allen, Ethan Scott, and Dylan Scott; four siblings; as well as several nieces, nephews, and extended family.

A visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, December 31, 2024 from 10am-11am in the chapel of Berry-Short Funeral Home, 217 E. Main Street, Felton, De. Burial will be held privately at Hopkins Cemetery.
