Charles Alfred Walls, Jr., a beacon of humor and kindness, passed away on December 17, 2024, surrounded by love in Houston, DE. His journey began on October 15, 1967, in Milford, DE, where he was born to parents Charles A. Walls, Sr. and Blanche "Libby" (Jefferson) Walls.

Charles was often known to lighten the mood with his humorous prattling. His fascination with collecting various items and his passion for working on cars was matched only by his selfless nature; he was always ready to lend a helping hand. Above all, his kindness touched the lives of many, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of those he met.

He leaves behind a loving family: his parents; daughters, Meghan and Hannah Walls; sister, Blanche (Walls) Johnson (Rodney); brothers, Elmer Walls (Grace) and Harold Walls (Tina); and his cherished grandson, Jayden Walls.

A time of gathering for friends and family will be held on Saturday, December 28, 2024, from 10:00am-3:00pm in the chapel of Berry-Short Funeral Home, 119 NW Front St. Milford, DE 19963. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be sent to the funeral home to help defray funeral costs.
