Cheryl Ann Fancovic

December 3, 1946 — March 22, 2023

Cheryl Ann Fancovic, 76, of Lincoln, passed away at home on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 surrounded by her family.

Cheryl was born on December 3, 1946 in Lebanon, PA, to the late Lloyd and Dorothy (Stober) Hetrick.

Though Cheryl lived the last six years in Hershey PA, she lived most of her life in Lincoln, Delaware and attended St. John’s Catholic Church where she was devoted to the Rosary and Columbiettes. She also volunteered at the Calvary Church Food Bank and was an advocate for the Leukemia Society. While in Hershey, she was a member of Saint Joan of Arc Catholic Church, and was involved in the Catholic Women’s Council where she helped with their parish festival. She was an avid and passionate member of the community where ever she was. Most of all, she loved and truly enjoyed her job at Hershey Park. She has a big and extended family within Hershey that will miss her dearly. Above all else, she deeply, loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Cheryl is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Fancovic; son, Craig Steven Fancovic; and brother-in-law, Craig Flory.

She will be greatly missed by her twin daughters, Melissa Harris (Jason) and Michelle Daino (Rodney); her sister, Susan Flory; her grandchildren, Michael Harris Sr. (Juslyn), Donald Noll III (Dakota), Shelby Harris (Joshua), Joshua Noll, and Kaden Harris; and great grandchildren, Ja-Klin, Jason, Jr., Michael, Jr., Karmela, Colton, and Kobi; and a host of other extended family members and very close life long friends that she cherished.

A time of visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 from 9:30-11:30 a.m. at Berry-Short Funeral Home, 119 NW Front St., Milford, DE 19963. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held the same day at 12:00 p.m. at St. John the Apostle Catholic Church, 506 Seabury Ave. Milford, DE 19963. Interment will take place on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. at Grand View Memorial Park, 500 N. Weaber St. Lebanon, PA 17046.
