Cordelia Lord Millman

Cordelia Lord Millman, 77, of Milford passed away peacefully at Bayhleath Hospital Sussex Campus on Wednesday, December 23, 2020. Mrs. Millman was born in Milford to the late John and Cordelia (Jones) Lord. She retired from Bayhleath Hospital as a billing clerk. Cordelia attended New Life Baptist Church in Milford, and she loved her cats. She also loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Passwaters; her second husband, Paul Peterman; son, Bruce Passwaters; and a granddaughter, Jena Watson. She is survived by her husband, Ronald Millman; children, Debra Watson (Keith), Denise Collison (Patrick Phillippi), and Susan Voss (Danny); brother, Stephen Thomas (Nancy); sister, Susan Hamil; grandchildren, Jessica Adams (Lyndsey), Lauren Voss (Dustin Mixon), D.J. Voss (Allison Davis), Heather Phillippi (Brian Berry), and Zach Phillippi (Sharon Goldsborough); and great-grandchildren, Tatelyn, Logan, Hayden, Landon, Aubree, Cole, and Brantley, and numerous nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at 2 pm in the chapel of Berry-Short Funeral Home, 119 NW Front St., Milford, DE 19963, where friends may call after 12 noon. Interment will follow at Lincoln Cemetery. All in attendance must wear a mask and adhere to social distancing and gathering protocols.
