Dawn Elizabeth Mcgee-Passwaters

On the evening of April 18, 2024, the veil was lowered and our Heavenly Father called Dawn Elizabeth McGee-Passwaters home.

Dawn, a beloved wife, mother and teacher, came into this world March 15, 1966, to Theodore and Jeanette McGee, whom she will rejoin in the kingdom of heaven.

Dawn married her long time love Robert Passwaters In 1987, in that union the pair would have 2 children. Dawn will be survived by her husband Robert, son and daughter Wade and Nicole Passwaters, daughter-in-law Megan Passwaters, and two grandchildren Skye and Hayden Passwaters.

Dawn had a passion for teaching, and her patience and care for all her students will be remembered for the remainder of time. She will be deeply missed by her students and co-workers.

A visitation will be held from 4:00pm-5:30pm, and a memorial service will be held at 5:30pm on Thursday, April 25, 2024, at Short Funeral Services, 609 E. Market St. Georgetown, DE 19947. The family has invited everyone to a fellowship following the service at Ellendale Fire Hall. Flowers and condolences may be sent but donations are encouraged to: Howard T.
