Dorothy Mae Fisher Chorman

Dorothy Mae Fisher Chorman of Milton passed away on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at the Moorings at Lewes. Dorothy was born in Gumboro, the daughter of the late Harry R. and Mary E. (Hickman) Fisher. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William H. Chorman in 1985 and daughter, Mary V. Chorman. She is survived by her sons, William N. Chorman, Raymond L. Chorman, Nelson B. Chorman, Michael W. Chorman, Bruce A. Chorman and Edward L. Chorman; 7 grandchildren, Erin, Brittany, Valarie, Michael, Karen, Sara and Bruce and 10 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at 12:00 noon in the chapel of Short Funeral Services, 416 Federal St., Milton, where friends may call after 11:00 am. Interment will be in Redman’s Cemetery, Dagsboro. Those attending must wear a face mask and adhere to gathering protocols.
