Edward Ray Reedy, Sr.

Edward Ray Reedy, Sr., 35, of Sharpsville, PA, was born August 25, 1988, alongside his twin to parents Daniel and Nancy Reedy of Sandtown, Delaware.

Edward was an adventurous child that loved the outdoors. He was always riding his bike around Sandtown with his friends and brother. As a child, Edward was always looking out for his “big little brother”, sometimes a little too much. He loved Coudersport, PA, where he and Daniel spent their summers with their Mommom and Poppop Reedy. His favorite was Dry-Run and riding their bikes down the hill there.

As Edward got older he continued to love the outdoors. He especially loved fishing, which he would frequently enjoy with his children. He had five children he loved with all his heart. His children were his world; he became a father at a young age but that never stopped him from being there for his children. Ed did the one thing he said he would never do and got married. He met the love of his life, Amanda, through his brother and his wife. Edward spent five wonderful years with Amanda. His love for her was undeniable.

Edward is preceded in death by his son Little Fred; father Daniel Reedy Sr.; nephew Destin Reedy; grandparents Shirley and Donald Reedy from PA; as well as Nancy and Charles Trump of Willow Grove.

He will be greatly missed by his family. Edward’s twin is Daniel Reedy, Jr. (wife Destin Reedy) of Magnolia. He has two sisters, Samantha Wright (Matthew Nechay) of Sandtown, and Amanda Reedy of Magnolia. His children are Eddie Reedy, Jr., Kaedance Reedy, Braiden Reedy, Rosalie Reedy, Little Fred, and his stepson Jaylen Scalf. He has many niece and nephews: Danny and Danielle Reedy, children of Daniel Reedy, Jr.; Nate, Savanna and Peyton, children of Samantha Wright; Eli, Devon, Natalie and Zachary, children of Amanda Reedy.
