Elizabeth Florence Frampton

Elizabeth Florence Frampton, 83, of Milford, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 6, 2022 at Bayhealth Sussex Campus.

Elizabeth was born in Bridgeville and raised by her parents, the late George and Florence Elizabeth (Clifton) Matthews.

Elizabeth was a true Elvis fan and memorabilia collector. She loved word searches.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Kenneth Frampton; her son, Kevin Shawn Frampton; her daughter, Kimberly Dawn Frampton; her son and daughter, twins Timothy and Theresa Frampton; brother, George (Sonny) Matthews; sister Stella May Collison and her beloved dog, Baby.

She will be greatly missed by her children, Donald Kenneth Frampton, Tamula S. Frampton (fiancé, Emory Lee Lynch, Sr.), and Michael John Frampton (wife, Christina); her siblings, Mary Roberts, Hazel Smith, Joseph Matthews, Buddy Matthews, Romey Matthews, and Carl Matthews; her grandchildren, Emily and Charlie; and her great grandchildren, Willow and Angel.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at 2:00 at Berry-Short Funeral Home, 119 NW Front St. Milford, DE 19963. A time of visitation will be held for family and friends beginning at 1:00. Interment will be held privately at a later date at Asbury United Methodist Cemetery.
