Foster Noll

Foster Noll “Frosty” passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday, June 18, 2023. He was 82.

Foster was born the son of the late Foster and Helen (Sonnon) Noll.

He was well known for his cheerful and optimistic attitude through all things and never shied away from work. Frosty’s friendly presence made everyone feel welcome and at ease, whether that was at church or working for Animal Medic.

In addition to his parents, Foster was preceded in death by his daughter Dianne Marcolini.

Foster is survived by his loving wife, Margaret Noll; children, Dan Noll, Debra Noll (Danny); son in law, Michael Marcolini; grandchildren, Rebecca Atkins, Amy Zeir, Abigail Lynch, David Atkins, Daniel Atkins, Michelle Kramlich, Anthony Kramlich, Cassie Calhoun, Maurice Warren Jr., Daniel Major Noll, and Noah Noll; along with eight great-grandchildren, many nieces, and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held from 2:00 - 4:00 pm Thursday, July 6, 2023 in the fellowship hall of Independent Bible Fellowship Church 6797 Milford Harrington Hwy, Harrington, DE.
