Frances Ann Lecates

Frances Ann LeCates, aged 45, of Laurel, DE, passed away on September 16, 2024. She was born on April 19, 1979, in Milford, DE.

Frances is survived by her parents, Howard Jr. and Wanda Hastings; her children, Clay LeCates and his girlfriend Kyla Baldwin, and John LeCates; her brother, Howard Hastings III; and her granddaughter, Aria, and one more grandchild on the way.

She now joins her late grandparents, Fred and Mary Bullock, Howard Sr. and Ruth Hastings, and great-grandmother Addie Jefferson.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 26, 2024 at noon at Berry-Short Funeral Home, 119 NW Front St. Milford, DE 19963. A time of visitation will begin at 11am prior to the funeral. Interment will follow at Milford Community Cemetery.
