Frank W. Graham

Frank Wiley Graham, 85, of Rehoboth Beach passed away Sunday, September 3, 2023 at his home with his wife and son.

He was born January 28, 1938 in Latrobe, PA. The son of Frank R. Graham and Bertha (Beuten) Graham. Frank’s life’s work included being a hair stylist in Washington DC and a real estate agent with Scalise Real Estate in Pennsylvania. In 2000, he retired and moved to Rehoboth Beach.

Frank is preceded in death by his parents, and brothers William Arnold and Richard Scott Graham.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years Marciel Streff Graham, son Charles Scott Graham of Austin, TX, grandson Mason, granddaughter Dylan and their mother Leonor Rivera.

He will be missed by his neighbors, the many friends he made, as well as his loyal four-legged companions “Mister B” and “Bradie”.

Services for Frank will be Tuesday, September 12th. Friends will be received at 10:00am at St. Edmond’s Catholic Church, 409 King Charles Ave, Rehoboth Beach followed by a Mass of Resurrection at 11:00am.
