George R. Urbani

GEORGETOWN – George R. Urbani passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 27, 2022, at Beebe Healthcare in Lewes, Del. George was born in New Brunswick, NJ to Emidio and Virginia B. (Kirkwood) Urbani. He graduated from Notre Dame Highs School with the class of 1963 and attended LaSalle University. He had a career in the chemical industry and retired from LaRoche as a lab technician. George was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Nazareth, PA. He was preceded in death by his sister, Linda Spohn. George is survived by his wife Janis Russell-Urbani, several nieces and nephews: as well as grandnieces and grandnephews. A graveside service will be held at 1:00pm on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at the Northampton Memorial Shrine Cemetery, 3051 Green Pond Road, Easton, PA, 18045.
