Gregorio O. Flores

Gregorio O. Flores, 74, of Lincoln, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, December 1, 2021. Gregorio was born in Cidra, Puerto Rico to the late Andres Ortiz and Eladia Flores. He retired from Perdue working in Waste Management. Gregorio loved to spend time working in his yard with is farm animals and gardening. He also enjoyed fishing, crabbing, and spending time with his family. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his daughter, Jessica Ortiz; and sister, Carmen Ortiz. He is survived by his wife, Rosario Rosales de Ortiz; children, Rubicella Mann (Arnold), Marelin Ortiz; and Gregorio Ortiz Rosales (Nicole); grandchildren, Arnold Mann Jr., Shanda Mann, Andre Nieves, Jayla Williams, Xavier Williams, Jose Ortiz, Rocio Olivas, Marco Olivas, Janessa Olivas, Gregorio Ortiz Rosales Jr; and great-grandchildren, Ariana Nieves, Lucas Nieves, Aydence Williams-Mann, and Dior Mann. A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 10, 2021 at 12 noon in the chapel of Berry-Short Funeral Home, 119 NW Front St., Milford, DE 19963, where friends may call after 11 am. Interment will follow at Old Hickory Cemetery.
