Jo Ann Foster

Jo Ann Foster, 75, of Milton passed away peacefully on December 13, 2021 at the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford. She was born in North Carolina on October 2, 1946 to the late Laura and Lester Foster. She had worked at Bonanza, Milford Diner and Walmart. She was a big fan of country music especially Allan Jackson and George Jones. She is survived by a sister, Thelma Sherman of Milton, a niece, Karen Brittingham (Donnie), nephews, Keith Sherman (Lori) and Kevin Sherman (Bobbi) and several cousins and her companion for many years, Tom Pierce. A visitation will be held on Friday, December 17, 2021 from 11 to 12:00 pm in the chapel of Short Funeral Services, 416 Federal St., Milton. Funeral services and burial will be private.
