Joan Frances French

Joan Frances French, 84, of Milton passed away peacefully on Monday, December 5, 2022.

Joan was born in Newark, NJ to the late Joseph and Helen (Hulme) French. She owned and operated Carousel Beauty Salon in Calonia, NJ. She loved to crochet, loved dogs, and enjoyed decorating for the holidays.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her cousin and best friend, George Scaborough.

She is survived by her twin sister, Jeanette Ritter; and extended family and friends.

Burial services will be private at a later date.
