In loving memory of Joseph Mills Kemp who peacefully passed on Feb. 4, 2023 at Delaware Hospice in Milford.

He was born on Feb. 22, 1947 in Milford to the late Joe Kemp & Doris Mills Kemp.

Joey graduated from Milford High School in 1965. He relocated to Maryland where he worked in Retail & also opened his own Vending Business. Upon retirement he returned to Milford.

Joey is survived by his brother Tom Kemp, and sister Mary Beth Woehrle (Phillip). Services will be private.
