Patricia S. Farmer

Patricia Farmer was born and raised in Atlantic City, NJ where she lived with her mother, stepfather, and sister Kathy. She met her husband to be in Atlantic City, and afterwards moved to Lynchburg, Virginia. She and her husband started a family and through many years and a few moves and even more children they settled down in Willingboro, NJ. They raised a family of 8 children together. Patricia soon met her birth father and her wonderful family in Texas and stayed in touch with them. Patricia was a dedicated wife and mother, sister, and friend. She also loved hosts of other children, and her family’s children as her own. She kept in touch with everyone through her gift of writing. She never missed a single birthday of any of her family or friends. She loved to write and would share her poems online too. She loved all animals and was an avid donor to animal rights group like the SPCA. Patricia also loved Mexican food and her Mexican heritage. Patricia was the most compassionate and caring person. She loved and cared for everyone and was never judgmental. She would always put herself last to make sure everyone else was taken care of. She embodied grace and strong Christian values. She loved her family and to laugh and recall fond memories. She is survived by her husband Wayne, her 8 children, 21 grandchildren and her sister Kathy, as well as many family members in Texas; a brother, sister and lots of cousins nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at 12:00 noon at Berry Short Funeral Home, 119 N.W. Front Street, Milford, DE. A time of Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be held at Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
