Ralph L. Townley, 58 of Dover, passed away at Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on September 29, 2023.

Ralph was born on July 20, 1965, to Billy Ray, Sr. and Beverly Adele in Fairfax, Virginia.

He loved motorcycle riding, gardening, home improvement and spending time with his family.

Ralph is survived by his wife, Mounia Townley; daughter, Jihane Ikani; sister, Carol Nicolson; brother, Billy Townley, Jr.; and granddaughter, Dina Ikani.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 in the chapel of Short Funeral Services, 416 Federal Street, Milton, Delaware 19968. Burial will be held at Whites Chapel, in Milton, Delaware.
