Raymond Milton Hannum

Raymond Hannum of Felton passed away on March 19, 2025 at the age of 74. Raymond the son of the late Raymond H. and Mary Hannum. He is survived by his wife of 51 years Helen. His son Donald (Megan) of PA, four grandchildren Lexi, Luke, Samantha and, Jaxon. His Brother Harold Hannum, many neices and nephews and extend family. He is preceded if death by his mother and father, one sister Rae and brother Larry.

Raymond retired from Kent County after 30 years of service. He was a Scout Leader. Raymond enjoyed volunteering his time in the community in different capacities. Raymond was a member of many organizations like the Moose, Harrington Senior Center, Ducks Unlimited, Life member of ABATE of Kent County. He had a love for his community and his country. Raymond enjoyed sharing his knowledge of history of the town of Felton and was very proud of where he was from.

Viewing will be at Berry-Short Funeral home in Felton on Saturday March 29, 2025 from 11am - Noon. Services at Noon. Burial will be at Hopkins Cemetery immediately following. In lieu of flowers, please donate to a local Veterans organization of your choice.
