Robert R. Robinson

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Robert R. Robinson. He died peacefully on August 14, 2024, at the age of 83.

Robert was born on May 18, 1941, in Harrisburg, PA, to parents Chester and Julia Robinson. He was part of the Nation Guard for six years.

He met his wife Carol Yacobacci in 1962 and married in 1965. They celebrated 58 years of marriage this past January. He was the former president of his fishing club. In his spare time he also coached his daughter for many years in rec and travel softball. He was also a former president of Talleysville Softball League in Wilmington, DE. He found great joy in coaching, fishing, and camping.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded by his sister Georgeann Grau.

In addition to his wife Carol A. Robinson, he is survived by his son Mark; his daughter Carol and her husband Joe, and their four children who he loved deeply; and his brother David Robinson and his wife Barbara.

As per Robert’s request, no funeral or services will be held.
