Milford—Ruth C. Williams, passed away at the age of 72, on January 10, 2023 at The Milford Place, Milford, DE. Ruth was born on June 16, 1950, in Durham, NC to her parents, Maxwell A. Cook, U.S. Army Retired and Edna Ruth (Thomas) Cook.

Ruth supported her husband, Richard Williams, during his military career, until his retirement from the U.S. Air Force.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her twin sister, Alice C. Cook. She is survived by her brother, Stephen Cook of Milton, DE and three nieces, Christine Fox of Milton, DE, Lindsay Contoveros of Colorado Springs, CO and Kelly Forsythe of Frederick, MD.
