Sally Ann Patrick

Sally Ann (Braun) Patrick, 84, left this world on September 29, 2023. She was comfortable, in her bed, surrounded by family photos and her loved ones.

She was born on February 21, 1939 in Abington, Pennsylvania to the late William and Lillian Braun. Sally attended Lower Moreland High School, proudly played on the girls’ school basketball team and was captain of the cheerleading squad. She graduated with the class of 1957.

In 1968, Sally met Stephen Patrick. They married on June 19, 1970 and had 53 wonderful years together. Sally lived in many different places including Pennsylvania, Florida and South Carolina. When living in Bucks County, Pa, Sally enjoyed playing tennis but her love of cooking motivated her to start her own catering business, Air Gourmet Catering. Her business specialized in catering services for corporate aircraft flying out of Trenton, New Jersey. Her most frequent clients were Pfizer Pharmaceutical and Johnson & Johnson. Sally gave up her successful business to follow her husband to Florida where she initially worked part time at Books-a-Million bookstore. She thoroughly enjoyed meeting and helping people (and a few golf celebrities) find books and eventually became the store manager. After retiring from the bookstore, Sally enjoyed her golden years playing golf with her friends and husband.

Sally is survived by: her loving husband, Stephen Patrick, her four daughters and their families, Jamie & Bernie Walker, Jodi & Russell Danyluk, Jennifer Seal and Stephenie & Jeff Berlet, as well as her 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

As per Sally's wishes, there will be a small celebration of life slated for the future. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the ASPCA or the Wounded Warrior Project.
