Victor Smith Greenley passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, June 6, 2021 at Bayhealth Kent General Hospital in Dover, DE. He was 69. Victor was born on September 13, 1951 in Dover, son of the late William and Louise Killen Greenley. He worked for 31 years at Handy Tube, formerly known as Camdel Metals Corp. In addition to his parents, he was preceded by his sisters, Wanda Mae O’Day, Bonita Fay Stevens and Virgie Lou Greenley; brother, Robert Greenley and half-brother, William Greenley, Jr. Victor is survived by his daughter, Crystal Beach, her husband Eric and beloved grandaughter Elise Beach of Lincoln; siblings, Joe Greenley and sister-in-law Gail of Lincoln, Edie Davis and brother-in-law Steve of Jackson, Mo., Brenda Kay Stevens and brother-in-law Dennis of Dover, Wesley Greenley, Lillian Korell and brother-in-law Larry of Camden, Ronnie Hoennicke, Kenny George and his wife Rose; girlfriend, Patricia Richards of Frederica; as well as extended family, Marie, Dale, Jack, Doris, Jimmy (pre-deceased), Richard and David Greenly, Butch, Ronny and “Babe” Killen. A time of visitation will be held on Friday, June 11, 2021 from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. in the chapel of Berry-Short Funeral Home, 217 E. Main Street, Felton, DE. Jeans or casual clothing preferred. Family, friends and co-workers will gather after the conclusion of visitation. All attending will be asked to follow masking guidance issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for indoor and outdoor activities.
