Vincent “Vince” P. Letizia, Jr., 76, of Milton, Delaware passed away peacefully on Friday, April 7, 2023, at Beebe Medical Center in Lewes, Delaware.
Vince was born on January 21, 1947, in Paterson, New Jersey, to the late Vincent P., Sr. and Salvatrice (Bordonaro) Letizia.
Vince served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was a plumber and pipefitter for over 50 years. He was the Recreation Commissioner of Oakland N.J Youth Baseball and involved in many recreation sports. He enjoyed drum and bugle corp. and was active in that activity for several years. He was an active member of the Knights of Columbus in Oakland N.J.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Nicole; his daughter, Lorraine; his son, James; his sister, Maria and her husband, Gene; and several cousins, nieces, and nephews. He will be sadly missed and will always hold a place in our hearts.
The family would love you to come and honor his life on Friday, June 23, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 26669 Patriots Way, Millsboro, DE 19966. Repast will follow at the family home.
