Virginia Ann Potzer

Virginia Ann “Ginger” Blair Potzer, 52, of Milford, passed away at the Milford Center on Wednesday, September 21, 2022.

Ginger was born on August 8, 1970, in Dover, DE, to the late Robert B. and Lulabelle (Morris) Blair, Sr.

Ginger enjoyed bingo, crosswords, Sudoku puzzles, and the many arts and crafts programs offered at the Milford Center.

She is preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents; stepmother, Lorena M. Blair; brother, Richard L. Blair; granddaughter, Cadence Rihanna Blair-Green; and niece, Kimberly Myers.

She is survived by her children, Brittany R. Blair, Kay-Dee Vales (Mark Johnson), and Robert Michael Vales (Katessia); her siblings, Allen P. Jones, Sr. (Faith), Robert B. Blair, Jr., Hank Blair, and Janet Marie Blair (Timothy T. Fields); her stepsiblings, Jody Vincent, Brenda S. Rust (Mace), Barbara Meisch (Richard Watkins), Clarence W. “Junior” Foxwell, Jr. (Sally); five grandchildren, Payton, Kay-Lee, Kristina, Ava, and Kimbrey; and close friends, Lyndy LeGrand (Brian) and Brianne LeGrand; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 29, 2022 at 11 at Berry-Short Funeral Services, 119 NW Front St. Milford, DE 19963. A time of visitation will begin at 10. Interment is private.
